This hotel is a wonderful retreat for families. With pleasant and well-lit rooms that are spacious and hygienic, you'll feel right at home. the bathroom facilities are spotless; the showers have good water pressure and hot water. the staff is extremely helpful and polite, making sure you have everything you need. the hotel's breakfast is simply superb, with freshly baked bread, delicious cakes, and a variety of fresh fruits; you won't go hungry. the thermal pools are definitely a highlight, with warm water and plenty of space ideal for babies and children.

The hotel is quite big, which may make it not very intimate for those who prefer a personalized experience.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. the staff was professional and courteous, providing top-notch service. the spa and wellness center were a great way to relax and their massage was outstanding. the swimming pools were invitingly warm, spacious, and even had a bar inside them, which was a perfect luxury touch. the Aqua park was an added bonus and one of a kind. the garden area was beautifully landscaped and tranquil. the room was well-furnished with exclusive amenities and private facilities.

The only minor issue was the late lunch and dinner times, which started at 12 pm and 7 pm respectively. It would have been better if they started half an hour ahead of schedule as babies and children eat earlier.

During my stay, I found the hotel facilities to be clean and well-maintained. It was also great to have access to thermal waters, which were quite relaxing and beneficial for the skin. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety of options to choose from. Lastly, the staff members were very friendly, helpful and efficient. Despite my limited Portuguese proficiency, they made sure that all my needs were met by patiently understanding and addressing my concerns.

Spent a fantastic Christmas at this hotel. Loved the kids play area and the warm pools, perfect to keep the little ones entertained. The restaurant offered a great variety of food, including many salads, cold and hot dishes, as well as amazing desserts. The location was also convenient, with easy access to local attractions and plenty of parking. And the staff, oh my, they were just amazing! Always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed.

The rooms were a bit too simple for my taste, could have used a bit more luxury. And unfortunately, we couldn't invite friends over to enjoy the facilities, as the hotel had some limitations in terms of guests.

The hotel was perfect for families with lots of kids' activities available, and the outdoor pool was warm and spacious. the food was delicious and varied with plenty of options for everyone's taste. the location of the hotel was stunning with beautiful views of the surrounding area.

The rooms were a bit basic and not as luxurious as I had expected. it was inconvenient that there were no facilities to exchange foreign currency on site, and I had to travel to find one.
